Exclusive Use Hotel

Here at The Four Seasons Hotel in St Fillans we are delighted to welcome parties of all shapes and sizes; but the ones we are secretly a bit envious of are those that take over the hotel in its entirety and allow us to tailor-make a really great, exclusive private event or weekend. If there’s a better way to entertain your friends, family or business associates, we can’t think of it.

Here’s why. First of all, we’re licensed to hold wedding and civil partnership ceremonies, and our downstairs rooms between them accommodate up to eighty guests (more if you are just having a drinks reception). So the wedding party doesn’t have to risk the Highland weather: the bride and her entourage can shimmy down from their own rooms, safe in the knowledge that all the other hotel guests are, in fact, the wedding guests too.

Secondly, our downstairs space is flexible, which makes it ideal for business meetings or creative sessions, inspired by the tremendous view down Loch Earn. We have a large, informal bar area with great sofas, a snug sitting room, a larger drawing room, and a long dining room opening on to a general-purpose events area – so you can set things up just exactly as you like, and leave us to worry about the refreshments.

Thirdly, something to consider if you’re organising a private celebration dinner in Scotland. We have 12 double/twin rooms in the main hotel, and room for more in the hillside chalets, so you could invite over 40 guests and put them up in comfort too, making your party the one that everyone talks about for the next 10 years. We’ll also organise activities around the fringes of the main event.
